How do I find an amazing wedding cake in London? Wedding cakes in London. There’s so much choice. I mean, where to start? You could try a Google search – and most likely come up with names such as Rosalind Miller Cakes or The Sugared Saffron Cake Company to name but two from a list of hundreds. Or read an article such as this one in the Evening Standard. Of course the best way is to get personal recommendations – but even your best friends’ wedding cake ideas might be far from your own personal taste.

Here’s what I did:

I remember when I was at the stage you probably are right now – wanting everything to be especially special… I decided in the end to make my own wedding cake – actually I made four of them (would you like to know why – just ask, it’s a fun story). But unless you have had a lot of training and have buckets of spare time on your hands, and are addicted to stress – there are one or two other things to organise where weddings are concerned – then I’d recommend a different approach.  Wedding Cakes in London are my thing.
