Got eyes
bigger than
your belly?
Yeah, me too… And when it comes to weddings, let’s face it. It’s all about the food, right? What could be more exciting than getting to taste a selection of cakes while talking about cake design all at the same time?
The couples I have had the honour of serving over the years always tell me that planning their wedding cake was the highlight of their wedding planning time and that the highlight of that was our wedding cake tasting and design session.
Feast your eyes on the selection of flavours on offer in the menu below and pick your four favourites favourite to try in our session. Just let me know if you’re having trouble deciding!

Dietary
requirements?
I get that there may be guests at your wedding that have dietary requirements, or pehaps one of you has a special request for your cake. While I do specialise in cakes made in the traditional way, many of the above cake flavours I offer can be made as gluten free cakes. If you need guidance on this please ask away. I can recommend some spcific flavours that work particularly well as a gluten free option. I also offer vegan options on request.
If you’re just after a few portions of a specific dietary requirements cake option, then I would recommend a separate cutting cake which can be served to your guests at the same time as the main cake, but kept separately for allergen safety purposes.
The only cake I make with nuts included is the carrot cake which contains walnuts. As a disclaimer for allegen safety, I can offer all my other cake flavours as nut free, but cannot guarantee any of my cakes will be 100% nut or gluten free as I work from a kitchen that uses these ingredients.
If you have any dietary requirements for your wedding cake, or if you have any specific questions about allergens, just let me know when you get in touch.

Tasting & Design
Sessions
Surely one of the best parts of planning your wedding…
This is not only a chance for you to try a selection of my signature wedding cake flavours… The session is also an opportunity for us to talk about your wedding day plans, and how your wedding cake will fit into them. We’ll discuss the inspiration behind your wedding cake in more detail and create some initial ideas together.
All my wedding cake tasting sessions take place online with your taster box mailed to you in the post. Alternatively, if you’d like to meet up face to face we can also arrange to meet at a Central London Location or to hold your session at your wedding venue subject to permissions.
A small investment of £75 covers a tasting box of four flavours, our meeting time of up to two hours as well as your initial cake design sketch.
